To ballot for Mr. M A details as advised. Proposed by W. Bro J Stone; Seconded by Bro M. Bendell and balloted for at the Lodge meeting on 8th November 2007 (Repeat as previous ballot is out of date before anticipated initiation at future meeting)

To receive reports

(c) Almoner 
(d) Kindred Lodges Association Representative

Members contemplating visits to Lodges abroad are advised to consult the Provincial Secretary as to the existence of Regular Masonry in the Country Concerned.


The Lodge will meet on the 2nd Thursday in January, March, September & November. Installation in September.

NOTE REFRESHMENT AFTER LABOUR
There will be General Purposes Committee meeting at a time and date to be confirmed followed by a Rehearsal in the Masonic Hall, 3 Bossell Rd, Buckastleigh. Dining Slips MUST be returned by Friday 5th September 2008 with cheque for the correct amount or no meal will be booked.
NORMAL DRESS CODE ANCIENT CHARGE
Dark Suit, White Shirt, Provincial or Black Tie, White Gloves.  From ancient times no Master or Fellow could be absent from his Lodge, especially when warned to appear at it, without incurring severe censure unless it appeared to the Master that pure necessity hindered him
