 To Install the Worshipful Master for the Ensuing Year who will appoint and invest his officers.

 Arising from a notice of motion given at the March Meeting the Treasurer, Bro. R.H.B., will propose "The Lodge Subscription for Country Members for 2004/5 shall be £33.00  (to include £3.00 for Hospitality Fund) and that for 2005/6 the Full Member Subscription shall be £54.00 (to include £4.00 for Hospitality Fund) and for Country Member £43.00 (to include £3.00 for Hospitality Fund.)

 To receive propositions and transact any other business brought before the Lodge and approved by the Worshipful Master.
9.
 To Close the lodge.

The Lodge  mourns the  passing of our esteemed and  well respected Wor. Bro Robin Salter, P.A.G.D.C. to the Grand  Lodge above. As the first Worshipful Master of this Lodge he will be sadly missed.  May he rest in  peace in the Grand Lodge above for which he was well prepared.
Members contemplating visits to Lodges abroad are advised to consult the Provincial Secretary as to the existence of Regular Masonry in the Country Concerned.
The Lodge will meet on the 2nd Thursday in January, March, September November. Installation in September.

PROVINCIAL CAROL SERVICE
The Annual Provincial Carol Service will be held on Sunday 11th December 2005 at 3.00pm in St Andrew's Church, PLYMOUTH 
Please make every effort to attend                   


PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE

Provincial Grand Lodge meets on Saturday 22nd April 2006 at 2.30pm. Masters, Past Masters and Wardens of Lodges are convoked to attend. Master Masons are invited to be present. Location Exeter University (Great Hall)
NOTE REFRESHMENT AFTER LABOUR
There will be General Purposes Committee meeting  at 6.30pm on Wednesday 31st August 2005 followed by a Rehearsal at 7.00pm - at the  Masonic Hall in  Bossell Rd Dining Slips MUST be returned by the 31st August 2005, please, to the Dining Steward with cheque for the correct amount or no meal will be booked. 
NORMAL DRESS CODE ANCIENT CHARGE
Dark Suit, White Shirt, Provincial or Black Tie, White Gloves From ancient times no Master or Fellow could be absent from his Lodge, especially when warned to appear at it, without incurring severe censure unless it appeared to the Master that pure necessity hindered him
