1. To open the Lodge

2. To read the minutes of the Consecration Meeting held on Tuesday 14th September 2004.

3. To read correspondance

4. The Worshipful Master will propose that the Lodge becomes a member of the Kindred Lodges Association

5. To Ballot for six Brethren as Joining Founders. Proposed by W.Bro F.G.E. and seconded by  W.Bro A.H.W. at the Consecration Meeting.

6. To appoint and invest officers unable to invested at the Consecration Meeting

7. Treasurers Report

8. The Treasurer will propose
"that under the provisions of By-Law 6 the Annual subscription for 2004 shall be £44 of which £4 be allocated to the Hospitality Fund. Subscriptions for the Country Members and other fees remaining unaltered"

The Annual Provincial Carol Service will be held as usual at St. Andrew's Church, Plymouth on Sunday 12th December 2004 at 3.00pm

Members contemplating visits to Lodges abroad are advised to consult the Provincial Secretary as to the existence of Regular Masonary in the Country Concerned

The Lodge will meet on the 2nd Thursday in January, March, September & November.
Installation in September

Apologies for absence should be in writing to the Secretary so thet he may BE PREPARED to report to the Lodge

A two minute silence will be observed during the meeting in remembrance of the fallen


ANCIENT CHARGE
From ancient times no Master or Fellow could be absent from his Lodge, especially when warned to appear at it, without incurring severe censure unless it appeared to the Master that pure necessity hindered him

REFRESHMENT AFTER LABOUR
Dining Slips MUST be returned by Wednesday 3rd November 2004, to the Dining Steward with a cheque for the correct amount or no meal will be booked
