To ballot for the Treasurer for the ensuing year. Nomination receieved Bro. R.H.B.

To ballot for the Tyler for the ensuing year. The S.W. will propose and the J.W. second "that this appointment be left in the hands of the Master Elect.

To ballot for two Examiners of Lodge accounts. Nominations receieved W.Bro J.A.Cotsell and Bro. N.D.

To ballot for the Bro. J.P.P., a Master Mason of the Unity Lodge No. 1332. Proposed in open Lodge on 13th January 2005, by W.Bro. J.A.S and seconded by Bro. J.H.Dixon as a joining member.

The Lodge will meet on the 2nd Thursday in January, March, September  & November. Installation in September.

PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE

Provincial Grand Lodge meets on Saturday 23rd April 2005 at 2.30pm. Masters, Past Masters and Wardens of Lodges are convoked to attend. Master Masons are invited to be present. Location Exeter University (Great Hall)
NOTE REFRESHMENT AFTER LABOUR
There will be  General Purposes Committee meeting at 6.30pm on Wednesday 2nd March 2005 followed by a Rehearsal at 7.00pm - at the Masonic Hall in Bossell Rd Dining Slips MUST be returned by the 3rd March 2005 please, with cheque for the correct amount or no meal will be booked.
NORMAL DRESS CODE ANCIENT CHARGE
Dark Suit, White Shirt, Provincial or Black Tie, White Gloves.

This is our UNIFORM MEETING - Those entitled may wear Scout (or other Youth Organisation) Uniform and awards
From ancient times no Master or Fellow could be absent from his Lodge, especially when warned to appear at it, without incurring severe censure unless it appeared to the Master that pure necessity hindered him
